If you are not completely satisfied with your ironing please contact us within 3 days of service and we will redo the ironing with no extra charge and no questions asked.

Collection/Delivery

If circumstances beyond the control of mamas ironing make it impossible to collect or deliver your ironing we will do all we can to contact you and rearrange delivery as soon as possible. 

Standard delivery is 3 working days. Delivery is free if the location (either home or work) is within a 3 mile radius and your order must be a minimum of £18.00, otherwise a small charge of  £1.99 is applied.

Care of you ironing

At Mamas ironing we do everything in our power to ensure no items are damaged whist in our care. We are not liable for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials, which may result in tears or loss of loose buttons. We adhere to all care instructions on the clothing labels if we follow these instructions and something goes wrong then we can’t be held responsible. We will however assist you in any way possible to resolve the matter with the manufacturer o retailer. In the unlikely event of something being damaged in our care we must be informed within 3 days of receipt. Payment for a damaged item is limited to £50 strictly on a goodwill basis and without prejudice.

Lost

At mamas ironing we take the greatest care with you ironing. In the unlikely event of  us losing one of you garments please contact us within 24 hours of receiving back your ironing and we will do all we can to locate it for you. If it cannot be located, we will issue you a credit or a cheque for the fair value of the item upon proof of the cost of the item, the maximum amount of £50.

Prices

When receiving your ironing, we provide you with a form to be completed with how many items are included in your order. We will accept your order without this form; however you must accept our count and the total calculated cost for your order. If you are dropping your clothes off to our shop, we will check your items with you on your arrival.

We accept cash or cheque with payment being made on return upon the return of your ironing.
