CLEANING QUALITY CONTROL

We ensure that all the cleaning is completed to the highest standards and personalised to your individual needs.

At the very beginning of their employment with us, our cleaners are put through a vigorous training programme conducted at our training room in our Anerley unit. This is the first of their ongoing quarterly training sessions to ensure standards are maintained.

In the first class we start off with what we expect as a company and the high standards they need to reach if they are going to work with us. We take them through a cleaning programme with practical demonstrations of how to clean.

We also cover customer service. The customer service module covers time keeping, reliability and the importance of respect for the client.

Once they complete the training day, one of our experienced team leaders accompanies them on as many cleaning jobs it takes to ensure that the cleaner is of the right calibre to represent us as a company and work on there own. Clients are encouraged to fill out questionnaires left by the cleaners to give feedback to help us with your personalised requirements.
