ASSEMBLING THE ORDER
-Once pressed ensure items are covered with polywrap. Items are checked by S/M for quality and then name tag attached.
CUSTOMER EXPECTATION
-Acknowledging customers when they walk into shop-With a smile and eye contact (with a greeting where applicable)
-If store greeter is not available ironer is able to deal with the customer. Able to adapt to different situations. Able to order/collection
END OF SHIFT
-Check stock levels are set ready for next ironer.
-Area clean and tidy (swept)
-All electric items switched off
Heath and Safety
All employees are responsible for there own safety. Observe all safety rules and Procedures are followed.
-Ensure that you have been fully trained
-report all safety issues to manger immediately
-Demonstrate correct handling technique.
Electric shocks reported.
Prevention of slips-burns.
Keep floor clear to prevent slips and burns. Any spillages cleared up immediately.
If iron has a lead ensure lead does not get tangled up.
